About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for leading processes related to sales compensation, including target setting, achievements, and incentive design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and enhance existing processes, encompassing target setting, achievements, sales incentive design, SPIFF programs, and more.
  • Assume the role of the foremost proponent for the Compensation Plan Strategy within the EMEA region, making recommendations, gathering feedback, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with global policies.
  • Own the Quarterly Target Setting and Achievement processes, ensuring accurate and timely targets and achievements for all eligible individuals in the region.
  • Design and drive the quarterly scheduling process for EMEA, managing communication within and outside the team.
  • Engage with senior leaders to gain insights into commercial team requirements and implement processes that align with business objectives.
  • Build strong connections with other teams to receive necessary support and access to suitable development tools.

Requirements:

  • Business sense to handle a multitasking environment with prioritization.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including advanced Excel.
  • Expertise in sales compensation processes and Salesforce, with analytical tools like SQL, Tableau, and Power BI a plus.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and able to identify statistical trends.
  • Attention to detail and well-organized.
  • Quick learner in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent English.
