The Role

We're seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. As a Sales Compensation Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing sales compensation programs that drive revenue growth and motivate our sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Manage sales compensation plans, including setting targets, issuing compensation statements, and evaluating plan effectiveness
  • Implement Special Performance Incentive Funds (SPIFFs) to achieve targeted objectives and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate documentation of compensation plans and communicate changes effectively to the sales team
  • Analyze sales performance data to assess the effectiveness of existing commission structures and propose adjustments to optimize sales team motivation and drive revenue growth
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an equivalent role in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Good knowledge of commission structures, SPIFF programs, and incentive strategies
  • Advanced user of spreadsheets (Google sheets or Excel) with strong analytical skills and comfortable working with large datasets
  • Experience with compensation management tools and Salesforce
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is essential for this role
  • Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
