- Upsell and Cross-Sell Initiatives: Develop and execute successful upsell and cross-sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate and drive revenue growth.
- Churn Prevention and Retention: Put maximum effort into preventing churn and retaining partners, ensuring long-term relationships and revenue growth.
- Internal Resource Engagement: Engage and orchestrate internal resources to support partner growth and development, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Partner Profiling and Management: Profile every managed partner on vendors and tools they sell/use, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the Partner Passport.
- Partner Lifecycle Management: Understand and manage partner lifecycle, leading partners through regular activities focused on education, evangelization, and commitment.
- Regular Communication: Maintain regular communication with every partner, depending on priority, to ensure ongoing support and guidance.
- Minimum 3 Years of Sales and Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in the MSP channel software industry, preferably in channel sales, partner account management, or channel development.
- Cyber Security Experience: Proven experience in a Cyber Security company, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols.
- PSA or RMM Software Experience: Experience in selling Professional Service Automation (PSA) or Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) software services.
- Channel and Field Sales Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of channel and field sales, with an understanding of the cloud market business model.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong presentational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product features and answer customer questions.
- Self-Motivation and Discipline: Self-motivated with a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Team-player with a positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to adapt to changes in responsibilities and strategies.
