Senior Account Executive

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a strong background in risk management and insurance?
We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our team at Addactis Group. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Spanish-speaking market.
With a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and a proven track record of success in sales, you will be a valuable asset to our team. Your expertise in IFRS17 and Solvency 2 will be crucial in driving growth and identifying new opportunities for our solutions.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will work closely with our Sales Leader to develop and execute sales strategies, identify target clients, and lead prospects through the sales process. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Spanish-speaking market
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Sales Leader to develop and execute sales plans
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory frameworks and industry trends
Requirements:
- Strong background in risk management and insurance
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including IFRS17 and Solvency 2
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
