Account Manager Opportunity

Amspace Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in Malaga, Spain. As a key member of our client team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize CRM systems to contact and qualify accounts, generating new opportunities.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for activity and performance, including calls, accounts contacted, and revenue.
  • Keep CRM updated with all communication in accordance with expected standards.
  • Maintain regular contact and communication with accounts.
  • Engage in sales activities such as call storms and industry-focused initiatives.
  • Qualify and follow up on all opportunities, including meetings & events and group accommodations, both with clients and hotels.
  • Employ an upselling approach when dealing with clients.
  • Provide chain-wide discounts based on client requirements and ensure follow-up on usage.
  • Offer alternative solutions when hotel availability is an issue.
  • Assist with business travel and individual queries as needed.
  • Work with external lists on other platforms when required.
Requirements:
  • Native-level proficiency in Danish and fluency in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive work attitude and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in using office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Sales background is essential.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRMs is beneficial but not mandatory.
