Job Title: Emea Sr Prospecting Program Manager

About the Role:
The AWS Global Support team is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. We are looking for a hands-on experienced Prospecting Program Manager for our EMEA Prospecting Days who will be responsible for developing and managing Prospecting programs in alignment with sales, marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Prospecting programs in alignment with sales, marketing and business development
Implement processes and interface with internal stakeholders and external organizations as needed
Strategic thinking and problem solving with strong communication skills

About the Team:
The main purpose of the Prospecting Day program is to create new opportunities and increase the sales pipeline. Prospecting Day is a regular event that brings together teams from AWS to leverage the Learn and Be Curious and Deliver Results Leadership Principles, by 1/ enabling the entire sales organization around 3-4 sales motions from the focus service categories, 2/ strengthen the prospecting skills of all sellers and 3/ accelerate customer engagement. These programs align on a joint strategy and common calendar to deliver a consistent and unified experience to sellers. The key measure of success for Prospecting Day is pipeline creation.

Requirements:
Hands-on experienced leader who will be responsible for developing the PD program for EMEA and ensuring coordination with the central WWFE team and successful execution of PD at the geo level
Execute the strategy developed by the WW team and ensure efficient preparation and organization for the prospecting event
