Job Title: Head of Customer Service EMEAC

Galderma is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer service operations in the EMEAC region. As Head of Customer Service EMEAC, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement customer service strategies aligned with Galderma's business objectives, focusing on process improvement and optimization.
  2. Lead a high-performing customer service team, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
  3. Recruit, train, and manage a talented team of customer service professionals.
  4. Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  6. Leverage technology and tools to streamline customer service processes, enhance communication channels, and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  1. Master's degree in a related field or MBA preferred.
  2. Proven experience in a similar customer service role, leading teams and influencing strategic directions at a global and regional level.
  3. Developed short to long-term operational plans for optimizing the organization or function and executed strategies.
  4. Business partnering, stakeholder management, and hands-on approach to get into the details.
  5. Budget accountability.
  6. Strong team player with effective communication and people management skills.
  7. Fluency in English, other European languages a plus.
