Key Responsibilities:

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and implement best practices to enhance customer experience.
- Service Delivery: Build strong processes and systems to ensure premium service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Process Harmonization: Continuously improve and harmonize processes across the EMEAC Northern and Southern clusters.
Reporting Line: The role reports to the Head of Supply Chain EMEAC.
