Your Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Managing qualified inbound calls for Commercial Business Development of customers acquired/profiled online">
  • Account management of gold customers and partners">
  • Identifying and qualifying prospects and deciders in targeted companies">
  • Tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline">
  • Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary">
  • Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls regarding inquiries and requests">
  • Preparing commercial and technical service proposals and ensuring such proposals are technically and commercially sound">
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers when required">

Your Qualifications

">

We are looking for a talented individual with a solid sales background, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Swiss-German and advanced English. Additionally, you should have good computer skills, previous experience in sales B2B, and be motivated and a self-starter.

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
