We're seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our Cross Border Talents team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a key member of our sales department, you'll work closely with clients to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Job Overview:As a Sales Excellence Specialist, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, analyzing sales performance data, and designing impactful sales tactics to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized sales strategies to achieve them.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans that align with client goals and objectives.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and feedback.
- Proficiency in Spanish (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1/C2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
- At least one year of sales experience
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Passionate about sales and client engagement
