**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team as a Sales Experience Specialist. As a key contributor to our boutique's success, you will be responsible for creating an engaging guest experience for every customer, every time they shop in our store.

Your primary focus will be on building relationships with guests, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to drive sales and achieve sales goals.

You will also be expected to:

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
  • Embrace product knowledge, current trends, and promotions to inspire guests
  • Assist in maintaining a visually appealing store environment, including recovery and replenishment of products
  • Partner with the leadership team to execute company direction and complete tasks while prioritizing our guests

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in fast-paced environments
  • Contribute to a positive and fun professional work environment
  • Physical ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
