About Cross Border Talents
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. With our base in Valencia, this role offers the perfect opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and other communication channels to promote products and services.
- Manage a pipeline of sales leads, converting prospects into new customers.
- Present products and address client needs and concerns.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals.
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline to management.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native German speaker with strong English proficiency.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
