**Job Summary:**

As a Sales Finance Business Partner at Adp, Inc., you will play a critical role in administering sales finance processes with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Your responsibilities will include providing finance and analytical support to the country and regional Sales Controllers, maintaining a timely and accurate sales finance process and reporting, and performing sales reporting and sales close in accordance with the Monthly Timetable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide finance and analytical support to the country and regional Sales Controllers to ensure accurate and timely sales finance processes.
  • Maintain a timely and accurate sales finance process and reporting, including sales performance analysis and annual audits.
  • Perform sales reporting and sales close in accordance with the Monthly Timetable, ensuring all sales data is accurately loaded into the Sales Database and Financial Reporting system Hyperion Planning.
  • Calculate and report sales associate and sales leader commissions, as well as process sales orders and ensure all backup documentation is complete.
  • Support the transition into the Sales Database, ensuring the integrity of figures and providing clear checks to evidence the accuracy of sales data.
  • Liaise with Sales and wider business to ensure sales is in line with Global policy, ensuring adherence to sales controls and SOX Compliance.
  • Assist the Sales Controllers/Project Managers or TL in projects to improve efficiency and accuracy, and document or update process documentation accordingly.

**Requirements:**

  • Microsoft Office skills, with advanced level in Excel and Databases.
  • Oracle and Hyperion Planning experience is a plus.
  • Good spoken and written English; French - B2 level.
  • Soft Skills: Innovation and problem-solving, solution-focused, communication and influencing, teamwork and co-operation, results orientation, flexibility and organizational commitment, service orientation, attention to detail, and demonstrable ability to communicate at all levels.
