About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner to join our team at ADP. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will play a critical role in driving business success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead key financial processes, including operating plans, business reviews, and financial aspects of strategic plans.
  • Develop and present business cases to support key investment decisions and partner to implement as appropriate.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, finance teams, and other functional groups.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance, including people leadership and audit experience in Big4.
  • Strong financial modeling, target setting, performance measurement, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
