Job Description

Job Title: Finance Business Partner - Madrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Madrid. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to drive business performance and profitability.
  • Business Partnering: Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate financial data into compelling narratives.
  • Financial Reporting: Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budget reviews and submissions.
  • Operational and Financial Objectives: Support the implementation and monitoring of the organization's operational and financial objectives and strategies to meet agreed targets.
  • Process Improvements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met and budgets are adhered to.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Support an environment and culture of continuous improvement of financial systems and processes to provide the most accurate and effective financial information to enable delivery of business commitments.

Requirements:

  • Education: Finance, Business Administration, and Economy Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) experience in a dynamic and multinational environment or experience in MA, transaction services, corporate finance, or audit in a Big 4.
  • Skills: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts. Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques. Robust computer and software skills, especially within Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; SAP experience is an advantage.
