About the Role

The Financial Business Partner for Italy and Spain is a key role within the Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica Sa. organization. This position is responsible for providing financial guidance and support to the Managing Directors of Italy and Spain, as well as the commercial teams in these regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a business partner to the Managing Directors and commercial teams, providing financial guidance and support to inform commercial and operational decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability in Italy and Spain.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to prepare budgets and forecasts, identify cost savings opportunities, and drive process improvements.
  • Support the transition to a new finance operating model, leveraging global best practices and technology.
  • Drive commercial business case preparation and analysis, ensuring accurate pricing and cost management.
  • Ensure integrity and financial controls are in place, using data and intelligence to inform business decisions.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in finance, preferably in a multinational company with a B2B/food industry background.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive solutions and deliver results.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP (including BW) and IFRS.
