Sales Engineer for Hygienic Fluid Handling

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities in new customers and integrators, creating awareness about the value of our products, and boosting opportunities for other Business Units in the same market.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and understanding market insights and customer buying behavior, making sales plans according to the business unit strategy.
- Identifying key factors to open doors in new customers.
- Looking for and managing leads from the market and customers, converting them into real business opportunities to ensure the pipeline.
You will also be active in the market, focusing on visits, meetings, and interactions with customers, with a multichannel perspective, understanding partner and customer needs, and highlighting the value of our products and services.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Experience in the Food or Pharma market is preferred.
- Strong commercial orientation with at least 5 years' experience in technical sales.
- Fluid handling/heat exchanger technology knowledge is valued.
- Spanish and English language proficiency.
- Residency in the Madrid area.
- High availability to travel in Spain.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000, depending on experience.
