Junior IT Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Ebury. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our global offices and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users across all aspects of the business
- Assist with the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees
- Configure and maintain desktop operating systems and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Windows, Mac, and Chrome OS devices
- Provide local and remote desktop support to 1200+ users in 24 global offices
- Prepare and maintain documentation as required
- Ensure a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers
- Basic level understanding of the Windows OS
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
