We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Malaga. As a Junior IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees across the globe, ensuring that our IT systems and infrastructure are running smoothly and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have a basic level understanding of the Windows OS and be fluent in English. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and will be required to work on your own initiative and use your problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.

The role involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees
  • Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops
  • Completing internal user moves
  • Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware and software
  • Undertaking small to medium-sized IT projects
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on Windows PCs, Macs, and Chrome OS devices
  • Providing local and remote desktop support to 1200+ users in 24 global offices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to employees across the globe

Requirements:
