About the Role

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that offers a range of innovative products and services. We are seeking a highly skilled Junior IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business
  • Support and maintain the Network Infrastructure and Desktop operating systems
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on Windows PC's, Mac's & Chrome OS devices
  • Provide local and remote desktop support to 1200+ users in 24 global offices
  • Prepare and maintain documentation where appropriate
  • Ensure that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers at all times
Requirements
  • Basic level understanding of the Windows OS
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
