Job OverviewAs a German-speaking Tech Sales Specialist, you will drive sales by identifying and engaging new customers in the high-tech industry. Your primary goal is to achieve sales quotas and targets, focusing on acquiring new customers and reactivating lapsed ones.
Main Responsibilities:- Achieve sales quotas and targets by identifying and engaging new customers.
- Build and follow sales cadences to prospect and engage new clients, leveraging your advanced communication skills and solid sales background.
- Make outbound calls to generate new business and schedule meetings with targeted companies.
- Use advanced sales skills to establish contact, profile, cross-sell, up-sell, and close deals over the phone.
- Advanced proficiency in English and German; Swiss German is an advantage, French is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and a solid sales background, particularly in outbound environments.
- Achievement and goal-oriented.
- Good computer skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.
- Motivated and a self-starter.
