About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Blu Selection. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners and developing their business growth and margin based on our company's strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage partner forecasting and performance by tracking tools and identifying new opportunities.
  • Be responsible for partner pipeline management and driving successful and profitable closure of deals.
  • Develop and implement business plans with partners to grow their business and increase revenue.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the partner market and competition through market research and analysis.
  • Determine the target resellers and identify gaps in the market to establish actions to close those gaps.
  • Grow the business with partners by working together on a plan and providing guidance on HP certification training.

Requirements

  • A native level of Norwegian and an advanced level of English.
  • Two years of related technical sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in working in a channel environment and with partners/distributors.
  • Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills, including excellent telephone and presentation skills.
  • An outstanding ability to organize, work together with a team, and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with sales CRMs and Microsoft Office.
