We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hematology Oncology Business Development Representative to join our team at Massive Bio. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for creating a referral physician network of Hematologists/Oncologists for our clinical trial enrollment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a referral physician network of Hematologists/Oncologists for Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services.
  • Make outbound calls to Hematologists' and Oncologists' offices to create awareness of Massive Bio's offerings and follow up with in-person visits.
  • Keep CRM systems current, follow up communication with physicians, and report results to internal leadership and team members.
  • Collect and communicate physicians' offices' feedback to Massive Bio's sales/marketing/product development/delivery operations teams.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with physicians.
  • Support business development efforts by initiating relations with healthcare enterprises.
  • Coordinate networking efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential and status reports.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hematology Oncology Business Development Representative with a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies and/or CRO, and an extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies and/or CRO.
  • An extensive network of Hematologists/Oncologists.
  • Understanding of clinical trials and patient referral processes.
  • Ability to travel to Hematologist's/Oncologist's offices.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the healthcare system.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
