Senior Sales Development Manager for Specialty Retailers

Overview: As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial strategy to drive growth in the specialty and grocery retail channels.

Job Description: The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role. You will be responsible for managing relationships with key accounts, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving business growth. Your expertise will help us identify new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships with specialty retailers and grocery stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive growth in the specialty and grocery retail channels • Manage relationships with key accounts, including negotiating contracts and resolving issues • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies • Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and managing relationships with key accounts • Strong understanding of sales principles and excellent customer service skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
