About the Position

goFLUENT is seeking a seasoned Business Developer with exceptional cold calling skills and a sales-oriented mindset. This critical role serves as the first step in our sales process, engaging B2B clients through various channels and identifying new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will be part of our sales and marketing team, sharing success stories with colleagues around the world and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

As the Face of the Company:

  • Act as the initial point of contact with potential clients.
  • Pursue potential leads through phone, email, or other channels, aiming to identify decision-makers.

Nurturing Relationships:

  • Maintain relationships with high-potential leads.
  • Identify prospects' pain points to offer tailored solutions and support the sales team in closing meetings.

Database Management:

  • Build and manage the database of prospect companies, updating contact information in Salesforce.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales and/or telesales.

Strong cold calling skills and excellent communication abilities.

Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive attitude.

A good command of MS Office and Google tools, with experience using Salesforce being an advantage.

Creativity and an ability to think outside the box, with a strong desire to make a difference in all outbound efforts.

An advanced level of English is highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on location).
