Crew And Cloud is seeking a driven Sales Development Specialist to expand our market presence in the Swedish-speaking region. This pivotal role will focus on identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, fostering key relationships, and contributing to our company's growth story.

 

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, comprehensive training programs, flexible working hours, remote work options, and a range of team-building activities.

 

This dynamic position requires a fluent Swedish speaker with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the Swedish market through research and analysis.
  • Initiate outbound communications via phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain customer data and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on market trends to support business development strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in sales or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
