Job Title: Sales Director for Southern Europe

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and customer expansion/upgrades within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the Southern European market to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead the sales team in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive upselling and increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Collaborate with CS to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team in Southern Europe, providing guidance and support to drive performance.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance TransferRoom's presence and reputation in the Southern European market.
  • Travel within the region to meet with key customers and stakeholders and represent TransferRoom at industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts in the Southern European market.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the Southern European region.

Requirements:

  • Previous B2B SaaS experience in sales management roles covering new business development and customer expansion in the Southern European market.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets.
