IT Helpdesk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Leadtech Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
- Onboard new users and provision/deprovision workstations
- Manage hardware warranties and licenses
- Control logistics and inventory
- Provide full technical support to workstations and peripherals
- Determine the best solution based on customer issues
- Walk customers through problem-solving processes
- Direct unresolved issues to next level of support personnel
- Record events and problems in logs
- Follow up and update customer status and information
- Pass on customer feedback and suggestions to internal teams
- Identify and suggest improvements to procedures
- Inform management of recurring problems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Working knowledge of software, hardware, and equipment
- Experience researching and analyzing automated system problems
- Knowledge of call tracking applications
- Customer service practices and experience
- Related experience and training in troubleshooting and help desk support
- Advanced English level
- Oral and written communication skills
