Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Leadtech Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
  • Onboard new users and provision/deprovision workstations
  • Manage hardware warranties and licenses
  • Control logistics and inventory
  • Provide full technical support to workstations and peripherals
  • Determine the best solution based on customer issues
  • Walk customers through problem-solving processes
  • Direct unresolved issues to next level of support personnel
  • Record events and problems in logs
  • Follow up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on customer feedback and suggestions to internal teams
  • Identify and suggest improvements to procedures
  • Inform management of recurring problems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of software, hardware, and equipment
  • Experience researching and analyzing automated system problems
  • Knowledge of call tracking applications
  • Customer service practices and experience
  • Related experience and training in troubleshooting and help desk support
  • Advanced English level
  • Oral and written communication skills
