Our team at Blu Selection is seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Advisor to join our team in Valencia.
As an IT Helpdesk Advisor, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to our clients via phone, mail, and chat or self-service portal.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical assistance to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and issues.
Requirements:
- Native level of German and advanced level of English.
- Good knowledge of IT and telemarketing/sales.
- Previous experience in outbound sales and business development is a plus.
- Excellent time management and self-organization skills.
