Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support to users, triaging issues to specialist team members when necessary.
  • Installation and maintenance of computer hardware and software, as well as AV equipment, printers, telephony, and mobile devices.
  • Manage the inventory database of all IT equipment and software.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computing, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Basic experience in IT Systems Administration.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Mac OS, Linux, and common hardware and software applications.

Desirable but Not Required:
  • Experience with cloud technologies, security frameworks, and management tools.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Catalan.
