Business Development Representative for the German Market

Resilient Co is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join their team in Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company that aims to revolutionize the HR software industry.
The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a talented team, leveraging their skills and experience to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying leads through high-volume cold-calling, networking, email marketing, and social outreach.
- Engaging with prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Fluency in German and English.
- Previous experience in sales, customer satisfaction, or project management.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to use CRM tools effectively.
- A fearless attitude towards speaking with prospects and a strong verbal and written communication skillset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of the company's goals.
This role comes with an estimated annual salary of €40,000 - €60,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and a performance-based bonus scheme.
