Crm Senior Specialist

The CRM Senior Specialist is a key role in supporting the Omnichannel Strategy – CRM area, focusing on coordinating business-as-usual activities and consolidating and evolving the CRM landscape. This position requires the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders, both locally and internationally.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage data and process data change requests with customer data.
- Ensure data collection and accuracy across the CRM ecosystem.
- Understand CRM compliance with Data Protection and Privacy Laws (GDPR) and act accordingly.
- Participate in data revision and data cleanse initiatives.
- Collaborate in data analysis and data system extractions.
- Perform data processing to ensure quality and consistency across associated systems.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to maintain understanding of business priorities and customer requirements.
- Provide support to the business as required to ensure effective implementation of CRM initiatives.
- Understand segmentation models to deliver personalized experiences at scale.
- Proactively match business needs with existing technology capability.
- Actively participate and support the CRM team in delivering CRM system requests and analytics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in CRM administration in Salesforce-based solutions (preferably Veeva).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with special attention to Excel.
- Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical/life sciences industry, core business questions, and related data sources.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to multitask within given timelines.
