Job Description

The CRM Senior Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the Omnichannel Strategy – CRM area, ensuring seamless coordination of business-as-usual activities and the evolution of the CRM landscape. This role is focused on contributing to the development and implementation of current and future technical/functional CRM capabilities, aligning with business priorities and customer-centric approaches.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage data effectively, processing data change requests and ensuring customer data accuracy across the CRM ecosystem.
  • Ensure data collection and accuracy, adhering to CRM compliance with Data Protection and Privacy Laws (GDPR).
  • Participate in data revision and cleanse initiatives, collaborating in data analysis and system extractions.
  • Perform data processing to ensure quality and consistency across associated systems.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to maintain understanding of business priorities and customer requirements.
  • Provide support to the business to ensure effective implementation of CRM initiatives.
  • Understand segmentation models to deliver personalized experiences at scale.
  • Proactively match business needs with existing technology capability, showcasing local/regional best practices.
  • Actively participate in CRM team delivery, supporting CRM system requests and analytics.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive CRM use across departments, supporting business strategy.
  • Focus on optimizing CRM use and understanding the system to deliver on business requirements.
  • Take an active role in key strategic CRM projects, both local and regional.
  • Support the implementation, running, and improvement of other CRM features and modules.
  • Play a lead role in reviewing business requirements, proposing solutions, and raising change requests.
Background and Experience:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
