En ATREVIA, estamos buscando a un especialista en CRM que se encargue de la implementación, gestión y optimización del sistema de CRM a nivel internacional.

**Responsabilidades:**

* Gestión de datos: Mantener la base de datos de clientes limpia, actualizada y precisa.
* Importar, exportar y organizar datos en el sistema CRM.
* Realizar auditoría periódica de los datos para garantizar su integridad.
* Generación de informes: Crear y distribuir informes regulares.
* Analizar datos y métricas.
* Optimización de procesos: Identificar áreas de mejora en los procesos de gestión de relaciones con los clientes.

**Requisitos:**

* Estudiantes de Marketing, ADE o titulaciones afines o FP Comercio Internacional
* Posibilidad de formalizar acuerdo de prácticas con tu universidad o centro de estudios.
* Conocimientos técnicos: altas competencias en manejo de Excel. Idealmente que esté familiarizado con plataformas de CRM (Business Intelligence, HubSpot, etc.) y herramientas de análisis de datos como Power BI.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
* Orientación al Detalle: Precisión en la gestión y análisis de datos.
