- Build, manage, and refine the global 'Universal Marketplace' business unit, leveraging advanced analytics and results monitoring to drive business performance.
- Represent the universal marketplace in the public domain and within the ZF Group, ensuring a strong leadership culture and competence.
- University degree, ideally MBA, or extensive experience in similar roles.
- Strong leadership skills, proven experience in leading large teams to high performance in new and digital markets.
- Expert knowledge and thought leadership in digital marketplace and e-commerce, with a customer-centric attitude and strong knowledge of the automotive market.
- Ability to build data-informed business strategies, drive results, and adapt to ambiguity and uncertainty.
