About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Consultant to join our team at Engineeringuk. As a key member of our Strategic Account Services Team, you will play a critical role in helping our Selling Partners achieve their business goals and drive growth on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling Partner Management: Manage a portfolio of 10-20 Selling Partners, developing individual strategies, managing timelines, expectations, and owning communications.
  • Business Analysis: Produce profound business recommendations and actionable insights using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
  • Consultancy: Leverage your comprehensive Amazon knowledge to support Selling Partners' objectives, providing guidance on opportunities and potential business impact.
  • Operational Challenges: Serve as a proficient sparring partner, guiding the execution of strategic plans, answering ad-hoc questions, and helping overcome operational and subject-specific challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Foster trust with managed Selling Partners through close collaboration and delivering results, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coaching: Educate Selling Partners about Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge about selling on Amazon.
  • Recruitment: Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective Selling Partners for SAS based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs.
  • Business Reviews: Prepare and present performance deep dives to facilitate monthly discussions around business progress, current challenges, and strategic plans with Selling Partners.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Work Experience: Top-tier level consulting, key account management, advertising sales, B2B, digital retail/e-commerce, business development, digital marketing, brand management, supply chain management, or similar.
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a similar program from a top-tier university.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills allowing the interpretation of complex data sets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strategy Development: Well-founded knowledge in strategy development and execution.
  • Client Management: Proven ability to successfully attract, manage, and interact with clients independently, particularly at the executive level.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Presentation Skills: Superior presentation skills to inform and influence stakeholders.
