We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Compensation Analyst to join our team at Criteo. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing compensation plans that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of compensation plans that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights on compensation plan designs
  • Design and drive the quarterly scheduling process for EMEA, ensuring timely and accurate targets and achievements
  • Engage with senior leaders to gain insights into commercial team requirements and implement processes that align with business objectives
  • Build strong connections with other teams to ensure access to suitable development tools and resources
Requirements
  • Advanced analytical skills, with expertise in Sales Compensation processes
  • Expertise in Salesforce and analytical tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
