Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales operations strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Operations Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales operations strategies to align with business growth targets and key account requirements.
  2. CRM Management & Analytics: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a CRM system to support sales activities and generate insights on customer behavior and market trends.
  3. Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to ensure alignment between sales activities and overall commercial efforts.
  4. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Develop regular reporting mechanisms to track performance against sales targets and provide insights on performance trends.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between operations activities and overall commercial efforts.
  6. Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales operations function and propose changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Contract Management Support: Provide support in gathering necessary information and documentation related to pricing agreements and contract negotiation.
  8. Quality Management System: Work closely with the QA team to investigate customer complaints and deviations related to sourced pharmaceutical drugs.
