Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to join our team in Clinical Trials Sourcing. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations Strategy Development: Align business growth targets with key accounts, and develop and grow the account through effective sales operations.
  • CRM Management & Analytics: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of a CRM system to support sales activities, and utilize CRM data to generate insights on customer behavior and market trends.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes within clinical trials sourcing, including lead generation, lead qualification, opportunity management, proposal development, contract negotiation, and order processing.
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking: Develop regular reporting mechanisms to track performance against sales targets, and provide insights on performance trends and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between operations activities and overall commercial efforts.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales operations function, and propose changes aimed at optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contract Management Support: Work closely with the Sales team during contract negotiation and execution, providing support in gathering necessary information and documentation.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of sales operations and a proven track record of driving growth and revenue. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
