We are seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our central operations team, you will be responsible for managing projects across the central area of Spain, including the Canary Islands.

Your Mission:

  • Participate in the development and support of project/program plans with project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Define schedules, budgets, risks, changes, opportunities, and resource management activities to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement activities throughout the project lifecycle to drive business excellence.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall management of contractual relationships, subcontractors, and equipment installation.
  • Anticipate and resolve potential problems through effective solutions, leveraging concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes.
  • Execute all aspects of change management throughout the project, reassessing resource requirements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Computer Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PM@ certification or equivalent highly valued.
  • Proven technical experience in emergency configurations and surgical blocks, with a good understanding of hospital information systems and internal workflows.
  • Typically 5-10 years of experience in healthcare projects, either information system or equipment management.

Additional Information:

  • This role involves domestic travel up to 30% of the time.
  • A valid B driving license is required.

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
