As a Strategic Operations Manager in our Enterprise Solutions team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare. Your mission will be to manage and coordinate projects, ensuring their successful completion while continuously improving our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall management of contractual relationships with customers and subcontractors.
  • Prevent potential problems and provide effective solutions by applying concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes.
  • Execute all aspects of change management throughout the project lifecycle and reassess resource requirements as necessary.
  • Demonstrate expertise in multiple disciplines to successfully complete complex assignments.
  • Understand healthcare workflows and contribute to problem resolution.
  • Consult with customers on technical solutions, working closely with Sales Managers or Strategic Account Managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Computer Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PM@ certification or equivalent is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of hospital information systems and internal workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €65,000 per annum, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
