Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office procedures and administration duties to ensure a smooth work environment.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, maintain office supplies, and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Manage contract negotiations with vendors, service providers, and office building administration.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of office expenses.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Google Suite.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of approximately €30,000 - €40,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll enjoy benefits such as flexible compensation management for diet and transportation, private health insurance, and a hybrid work model with offices in Barcelona City.
