Back Market, the world's leading refurbished electronics marketplace, is seeking a visionary Talent Acquisition Leader to spearhead its global recruitment strategy. As a key member of our international team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with Back Market's growth objectives.
  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to understand recruiting plans, manage forecasts, and educate on best-in-class recruiting techniques.
  • Design and drive the adoption of efficient and structured recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Act as the ambassador for Back Market's employer brand, promoting our culture and values externally.
  • Establish a strong and global employer branding strategy that reflects our internal culture.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates.
