Transformative Talent Acquisition Leader

Back Market, the world's leading refurbished electronics marketplace, is seeking a visionary Talent Acquisition leader to spearhead its global recruitment strategy. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy that attracts top talent and supports our company's mission to empower sustainable consumption.
  • Partner closely with our leaders and hiring managers to understand recruiting plans, manage forecasts, and educate on best-in-class recruiting techniques.
  • Design and drive the adoption of efficient and structured recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Establish a strong and global employer branding strategy that reflects our internal culture and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a talent acquisition team and transforming the recruitment function into an effective organization.
  • Deep understanding of the challenges faced by a company like Back Market in a fast-growing and international environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to pull data and assess complex information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver strong support to clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple subjects in total autonomy and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English.
