About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding to join our team at Back Market. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that supports our company's growth objectives.
  • Partner closely with our leaders and hiring managers to understand recruiting plans across all functions, manage the forecast and timelines, and educate internally on best-in-class recruiting techniques.
  • Design and drive the adoption of efficient and structured recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Generate new recruiting solutions, tactics, partnerships, and providers that will help sustain our success.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team.
  • Act as the ambassador for Back Market's employer brand, promoting our culture and values externally.
  • Establish a strong and global employer branding strategy that reflects our internal culture.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a talent acquisition team and transforming the recruitment function into an effective organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing and international environment, with a deep understanding of the challenges a company like ours is facing.
  • Driven by data and tech-savvy, with a passion for pulling data and assessing complex information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver strong support to clients and team members.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in total autonomy.
  • Engaged in building a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Fluent in English.
