Global Talent Acquisition Lead

As a key member of the Roboyo team, the Global Talent Acquisition Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's global talent acquisition strategy. Reporting to the Head of People, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive recruitment plan that aligns with Roboyo's corporate strategy and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that drives growth across regions and functions worldwide.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely availability of high-quality talent.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for senior leadership and executive roles, as well as niche positions globally.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and HR leaders, providing expert guidance on innovative talent acquisition trends and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless and collaborative recruitment processes.
  • Enhance Roboyo's global employer brand to attract diverse and top-tier talent through innovative recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Establish and manage partnerships with universities and educational institutions to build a robust pipeline of emerging talent.
  • Oversee and lead campus recruitment initiatives and internship programs globally.
