Job Title: Global Talent Acquisition Lead

Roboyo GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Global Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our corporate goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that attracts top-tier talent and supports business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and ensure timely availability of high-quality talent.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership and executive roles, as well as niche positions globally.
  • Partner with business leaders to define role requirements and relevant assessment criteria to secure top-tier talent.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in global talent acquisition within the IT consulting or professional services industry.
  • Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in diverse international markets.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational goals into effective hiring strategies.
  • Experience in employer branding, university relations, and recruitment best practices and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of TA technologies and systems.
