About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting senior hiring managers in the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across Hitachi Energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the larger recruitment team on internal and external recruitment matters
  • Support in recruitment campaigns from strategy and planning to activation
  • Identify short-term and long-term gaps in the talent demand and advise on solutions to talent challenges
  • Communicate with candidates in all steps of the recruitment process
  • Promote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant forums
  • Support in developing Hitachi Energy's recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talent
  • Analyze and interpret recruitment data
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or a relevant field
  • More than 8 years of experience in recruitment with a Global/Cross-country role, preferably from a similar industry
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with any other language being a plus
