Financial Sales Manager for SE&A Region

About the Role:
As a Financial Sales Manager for the SE&A region, you will be responsible for leading the commercial and financial aspects of sales projects to maximize profitable order entry while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager in the region to ensure profitable order entry and achieve forecast and budget.
- Develop and implement accurate and balanced OE forecast and sales budget for the region.
- Lead a finance sales team responsible for commercial contract negotiation, contract quality, and risk assessment.
- Prepare commercial and financial documents during the bidding phase.
- Provide guidance on negotiation strategy to sign balanced contracts with the envisioned risk profile.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with experience in finance sales and customer negotiations.
- Experience in project business.
- Team player with strong people skills and open mind for changes.
- Passionate about quality and details.
