International Service Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Underwriting Operations Team Leader to join our team at Zurich Australian Insurance Ltd. in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our Underwriting Operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6-7 employees and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to deliver digital solutions.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in underwriting operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve team performance, maintaining fluent communication with stakeholders, and participating in IPZ Transformation projects.
You will work closely with the Digital Center of Excellence and Financial Lines Program Implementation team to deliver digital solutions and update FL Guidelines. Additionally, you will develop the UW Operations Governance Model, define SLAs with stakeholders, and ensure optimal service delivery to customers.
Key Accountabilities- Lead the Underwriting Operations, Prime, and CABT implementation team, including 6-7 employees.
- Maintain fluent communication with main stakeholders in central UW teams for FL, Property, and CABT to ensure expected service is met.
- Collaborate with project leads at Business Transformation team and support all project activities related to IPZ Transformation program.
- Participate in IPZ Transformation projects, such as Wording Digitalization and Product rollout in Neo.
- Develop the UW Operations Governance Model at SC Spain, clearly identifying roles and responsibilities of Wording Ops team.
